The Final Report for the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability was released recently and Easy Read materials have been prepared to help spread the information and encourage more people to be part of the conversation.
Following the release of the Disability Royal Commission’s (DRC) final report, Inclusion Australia (IA) have prepared an Easy Read summary of some of the “Big Recommendations”.
This is information to help people understand these recommendations and be part of the conversation.
Inclusion Australia believes that everyone should be part of the important conversation about what happens next following the publication of the report. That’s why IA have written this Easy Read guide to help people understand the big recommendations by the Royal Commission.
It does not provide any commentary on whether IA agrees or disagrees; and we, at DDWA, do not add commentary to this either.
