Please complete the survey to have your say. All people with disability are encouraged to complete the survey by 10th January 2024. To make sure it is simple to complete, the WA Government has created an Easy Read format version of this survey.
Also, we would like to invite people to a face-to-face meeting to discuss the survey questions. Meeting will be held during the week of the 22nd January 2024 (time and date to be confirmed).
Please email ddwa@ddwa.org.au or phone us on 9420-7203 if you would like to attend.

This survey will ask you about your life. The Western Australian Government made a disability plan. This is a list of ideas to make life better for people with disability. This plan is called “A Western Australia for Everyone – State Disability Strategy 2020-2030”. The Western Australian Government is now checking to see how well the plan is working.
The Survey is open to people 18 years or older, or guardians of people under the age of 18. If you are a parent, carer, family member or support person of a person with disability under the age of 18, you can complete the survey on behalf of that person.
DDWA encourages all people with intellectual disability to respond to this Survey and have your say. Your feedback will be included in a report on the Strategy’s progress.
